to tell you the truth that is more inline with what i would expect, and that our fish would be next month and to tell you the truth our fish are not "locked" on the beds, seen several males cruising and looking, but the big females are still out on the ledges, the elite series will be here in late april, we will see what this old pond can dooo

I went back Sat. and caught nine. None were over3 pounds though. WOW!, alot more boats were there on Sat. They were all around me. During the first hour there were over 40 bass caught. None were over 3 pounds. After the first hour though,the bass fishing slowed way down. During that first hour spinner baits were working real good chattering them about 4 inches below the surface on the shoreline. I agree with you MT...fishing may even be better at the end of April.

I thank God for all the bass I caught, the beautiful birds I saw and for friends like you folksto share the experiences. MT...I took my fish finder this time..The water temp was 73 degrees.

My biggest problem...I have too many good places to fish.
Decisions , decisions. Have a great year everyone and I hope all of you get a new personal best this year.
