I know my string has stretched some and I understand that they all will. I have had theDW adjustedone or twotimes.When I ordered string/harness for my bowI received strings thatcameblack. The one I had on there was alot nicer looking. He just mentioned that the string was still in good shape and if I wanted to leave it on there and try it. He did add a few twist to it and reinstalled it and the new harness. We adjusted for the poundage I shoot and I was back in business.I told him I will try it and may come back to install the new one. It still is shooting great groups. I'm not shooting the full DW of the bow, so maybe there was some room for adjustment. I did state that I understand the string stretch, I was just more concernedabout the serving seperation. Just seems like I hear more and more about string issues on some of these top end bows. I'm not nocking any of these bows because I have shot some of them and they are very nice shooters and hopefully I will be able to upgrade soon. I was just curious as to a couple older post, as new strings were recommended for fairly new bows...thats all!
