Got here late. Didn't get in woods till right at 7:00. Found some rather fresh tracks...last evening or this morn. Went around ridge down old road bed. He gobbled once at about 120. Called for a few minutes and gave him about five silent minutes to think about it. Clucked a few times and he was about 50 yards out. Couple minutes later he met a load of Nitros at 31 paces. He had a running buddy with him that I'm going to try and roost in a minute.

Warmin up! High 40s this weekend! Starting to see lots of bare ground in the fields and seen a nice group of toms on the way home tonite. Hard to believe seasons just over 3 weeks out. Hopefully spring keeps comin.
Anyone getting out this weekend?

Congrats nice start.

Did a little scouting 2 dyas ago.
Worried about the snow still around.
Long range forcast calling for below normal temps for then few weeks as well.
