We still have until the end of May but I haven't had any luck yet. I will be going out on the weekends and during the week also if I can find a bird to hunt. It's been tough because they are just not gobbling right now but I won't give up until I have to.

Just checking in to let the team know that I finally connected on a Thunder Chicken this past weekend. He weighed in at 18 lbs., 8 1/2 beard and 7'8' spurs. I'll try posting pics ASAP. Which team is leading in the contest??

I'm up bright and early this morning and going out for the last time this spring. Roosted a bird last night and hoping to be able to bring another one home for the team so we can retain the championship. I'll check in later to update everyone.
