Any one got any hunts coming up to put more points on the board. I'll be going Friday and Saturday looking to put a doe up for us if I get a shot.

I'm done gun hunting for the year. Muzzleloader season closed today. Seen a few bucks this muzzleloader season but nothing I could harvest on our property. Good luck to the rest of you still able to gun hunt. I'll be bow hunting now until January.

Thats a nice buck. Did you get him in FL. If so even nicer. I've heard hunting deer in Fl is not that easy.

I'm headed out over Christmas for a doe. Season here in my neck of the woods goes til Jan 15th.

deernutz... got him about 5 miles north of the AL-FL line... They aren't as big here as in Montana, but we have a bunch of deer with a long season and large limit. 2 per day from Oct 15- Feb 10.
so far, I have gotten a doe and hog with my bow, my 12 yr old son shot a doe, and my 8 yr old daughter got her second doe this year. That's a lot of venison for one family with almost two months left of gun season!

Hey guys, been a while since I checked in. Congrats on all the kills, nice job. Some dandy bucks and amazing elk!

I'm still hunting for a nice one...have a couple still around that I know of. We have a couple weeks left.

Agree, this contest sucks now. Not only the lack of participation...but how its run too. Oh well, I too remember the good old days. Good luck guys and Merry Christmas if I don't talk to ya!

Was able to get a doe sun morn. First morning that I've been out all season. Usually only hunt evenings. I concur this yrs contest may be the worst I have ever seen. I really wasn't even gonna post the doe. Hope everyones Christmas and NY's is a good one be safe.
