I think we need a vote for capt. since there is two that wants to be team capt..

Fine with me, I have temp jumped in on the captain thread, that way if the other two sign up we will get the bonus points. I have emailed and sent them both pm's to get them to sign up. I also sent everyone besides the two of us a message requesting a vote be cast in the thread.

no guys that is a walker.... he needs more time to become a shooter... now this one. even though he is 4.5 is a shooter because of where he is the neighbors will surely shoot him if they get the chance. so if given the chance i will shoot him.

i vote for elmoughler. nice cam pics good luck to everyone. The best pic i have so far is this guy. He has the body size and is good enough for me given the chance.

I'm heading out tomorrow afternoon to central Montana. Plan is to drive through the night and arrive Friday morning. Have some locals showing us around and hunting through Tuesday. Lots of land and different properties that we have access to so hoping to target a muley from the start. There is also whitetail and rivers/streams throughout the area so we'll see what happens.

It should be a lot of fun and the weather looks like it will be cool so good conditions. I'm looking forward to a good trip and hopefully be able to score for the team!

there is a stand 50 yards to the left along that tree/fence line... but. if you look close right t the base of that biggest tree in the right background you will see the windows to my blind..

Well good luck. I'm putting up a new stand on Mon afternoon then hunting it Tues.
Its going to be in the corner of my woods near a thicket with scrapes all around. it also has two fence rows that run from another woods to that corner of mine and corn fields on either side

Nice trail cam pics wish I had some like that on cam to give me the warm fuzzy of knowing there is a big one walking around. I know they are out there they just need to come out of hiding.

well got in the blind at 4 today.. popped in a sd card to see what has came through and thr was a buck in front of my blind at 255. sswitched cards and there was a buck to the left of my blind at 311. first on might been a shooter wont know for sure til get it on a big screen but second one was just a 8 point bout 120

neither one was a shooter. the one in front of blind was a 22 inch wide 3 year old 8 point that would gross bout 120.

So when does everyones gun season start. Here in Indiana we have Nov 17-Dec 2 and a bonus antlerless season for counties with a quota of 8 or more Dec 26-Jan 2. Plus muzzleloader from Dec 8-Dec 23

nov26-dec2, dec15-dec16 and muz jan 5-jan 8

My season starts on 10 Nov-20 Nov

What a nasty rainy day to hunt. Did nt see that first deer. But gun season is right around the corner.
