I used yoga mats and cut them into squares depending on how big an thick I wanted my target, then wrapped them in a old small piece of carpet and stapled it. I'm shooting a Diamond 50 pounds and at 20 yards it only went about 2 inches into it. Very easy to remove too!

Good idea!!! We use (and waste) alot of foam where i work. I often think about how much In would need to make mine too!
