Rcbs makes one of the best kits put out in my opinion. Dillon precision also makes a good press and is considered by some to be the cadillac . That said the rockchucker kit is the way I would go and has everything except the dies to get you started . I own a Dillon and two Rcbs presses so that helps form my opinion.
The only experience I have with the Redding press is one of my friends in Ca loaded with one . It wasn't fast enough for him so he went to the Dillon 650 .He was shooting over a thousand rounds of 45 ACP a week doing speed shooting .The Redding loaded good ammo but just not fast enough for him.
