Looks like my archery season is over. Had 3 deer that I could have had on the board but bad judgement by me stopped that. It was fun competing in this with you all.

This guy got hit on the road down from my house last friday I think it was. Biggest bodied deer I have seen in our area probably went over 250 lbs.

He's back again... hope to see him over thanksgiving.

Didn't kill him with a bow, but thought you guys would like to see. I taped him at 148 3/8. 23 inside, 24 inch LMB, 25 inch RMB. Killed in Guilford County NC.

Got one down this morning. 8pt, not the biggest buck out there but proud none the less. I am out on the public land for rifle season and got tired of all the hunters so this morning decided to take the crossbow to a little section that is bow only. At 7:26 am a doe came in behind me ( I am sitting in a lawn chair in a make shift blind that is only just in front of me) she blows and runs off a little but came right back and walked beside me about 5 yards away. She got 20 yards right in front and I couldn't take it anymore, I put one right behind the shoulder and she ran away going straight away from me. Pilled up 50 yards from where she stood. I loaded another bolt and as I sat down he ran right in from where she was laying, grunting and giving it hell so I put one right behing his shoulder too..lol 2 deer in 2 minutes, both standing in the same spot. I'll try to get a pic on here but it will be a few days before I have a score.

Congrats Kelly on getting us on the board.

I took my dog Ruby out for a walk in the back this past Sat between morning and afternoon hunts, and we jumped a nice buck right at noon. One of my cameras caught him just minutes before we came upon him.
