I'm not SURE.....but I "think" the times you speak of are recognized here, too. Thing is....I "think" that's for hunting, only. Im not "hunting" when I'm walking to my stand. I'm not even hunting when I get IN my stand.

We can't SHOOT until "first light" (here in NC). We can't shoot AFTER 30 minutes after sunset.
