Default RE: Arrows?

I don't think that any one person can say that one kind of carbon arrow is "better" than another exactly. There are some that are straighter, more consistant in spine and weight variance, etc...

In this regard I would probably vote for Easton ACCs though they are not a true carbon arrow but rather a carbon/aluminum hybrid. They are very straight with good spine and weight variance characteristics. They also cost an arm and a leg per dozen...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

From a price perspective I would probably recommend either Goldtips or Beman ICS. Both are $65 a dozen and under most places and both stack up pretty well against their more expensive brethren.

As for expandable broadheads...well, you have opened up another hole can of worms there. Most folks generally agree that the &quot;top 3&quot; are the Rocky Mountain Snyper, Rocket Steelhead and NAP Shockwave. But there are other heads that perform equally well for folks with varying setups. I would look at some of the other choices from the companies mentioned earlier for just such an example.

Hope this helps.
