if only......lol ive tried my best at paper tuning, but i cant get it to tear right no matter what i try. all ive managed to do, is mess up where my bow was shooting awesome at. i figured it would shoot even better if it tore right when paper tuned, but ive given up. if i sight it in again, and the broadheads shoot the same, do i have anything to worry about?
i guess my question is, is paper tuning the do all end all of tuning your bow? is my bow considered "out of tune" if it doesnt tear correctly but shoots good and accurate groups? just wondering, not bashing on tuning at all either, i know nothing about it really,it obviously has its place, look at how your shooting!!
what other methods did you/can i use to tune my bow other than paper tuning?
Well to be honest, I feel the same way about paper tuning ( I hate it). I've never shot this bow through paper and probably never will. Personally I bareshaft tune and then broadhead tune. Both of these methods can be found at
www.eastonarchery.com/downloads I've found them to be very helpful.
