Only one week for me. This weekend looks like it's going to be beautiful weather. I know where I will be. I have talked to friends, and they said the Toms have been gobbling hard this week. Hopefully I will hear and film a few on my place this weekend. Are you guys as fired up as I am?

Got 6 toms coming in here behind my house and then saw a group of 13 toms and 4 jakes at another spot i can hunt close by. should be a good year!

Went out this morning and heard three gobblers. Only problem is, so did the new landowner to my south. This is youth weekend. When I heard the shot, my heart sunk a little. The gobbler was roosting on my property but was evidently coaxed to leave. I just hope it was actually a kid who shot the bird, that is if the bird was even killed. Going back out in the morning. I really hope I hear the same three birds, but I believe it will be minus one.
