How many of you guys are still bowhunting?
Gun season is on here till the end of year...
I may go out w/ bow this afternoon to where I shot the 4pt a couple of weeks ago...
I haven't been able to hunt other than Saturdays due to hectic work schedule... we will see...

Our seasons are done and I can no longer hunt. The last month and a half have been crazy for me. Sorry I couldn't put one down for us guys. This is the first year I have not shot a deer with my bow or gun for that matter for about 5 or 6 years. I am bummed to say the least.

I have till the end of December to whack a buck with my bow. My work schedule is hectic now as well, we'll see if I get time to hunt or not. I have 6 days of guiding starting Friday in a row....

How's everyone been doing? I hadn't been out in almost 3 weeks before yesterday... got out for about 4 hours... Work has been nuts... I hope to get out for a couple of last minute last hour of light hunts a few nights this week before I put all my gear away!

Made it out Xmas Eve AM... no luck... did manage to blow my back window out of my tundra w/ my quad... now we are getting hammered w/ this snowstorm... 18" already... keeps on coming...
Hope to get out for last day this Friday...

Well my season has ended and no bow buck. Sorry I couldn't contribute this year guys. I had fun trying. Hope anyone that still has some of their season left has success. Thanks for being on the team. Happy New Year to all.

Good luck buck
This is a buck that I killed on 1-1-11. My daughter was pumped up and my blue lacy (Remington) was so proud. This was his first tracking job, although it wasnt that hard. The deer ran about 50 yards and stayed in the food plot, (but it was dark)! This has been by far my best season with (2) 10 points under my belt. Its going to take alot of hard hunting to top this year!! But that is a sacrifice that I am willing to make!
