Holy crap!!! Good job Ryan. Looks like we got 2 of them taking a dirt nap. I love when it happens fast like that. Makes it easy that's for sure. How wide is he??

Ryan.

Ryan,

Awesome buck, great job. You and Josh were the first ones to score last year also I believe. Man, he looks like a big deer also.

Nah, I've killed around 40 or 50 (pure guess) we just skin them and take them to the fur sales, I just do it because its the most action packed hunting I've ever done. Its one of my absolute favorite seasons (2nd to archery)

I got 2 more foxes tonight that's cool but what was really really awesome was I got my friend his first. I was 10x as happy for him. I made sure the first one that came in he was gonna get. I was totally shocked when it came in on my side, I nudged him and he looked over pulled up I said "light it up" he kicked his light on and let the 3.5" mag do some barking. Then a little later I took a pop shot at one that wasn't a good shot it was hung up it just sat off where we couldn't see it and we were leaving and I saw it pulled up and gave it a shot anyhow. Gotta atleast try. I didn't get it though, no blood or fur or anything so clean miss. Then we went out and made some more calls. Had 2 more come in, too fast for me to nudge him so I had to shoot. I wish he would have shot all 3. Just didn't work that way.

Sorry for the long read just figured I'd share.

Ryan.

How's everyone doing?

Been hunting hard the last week. Finally started seeing horns this morning. Saw three buck nothing closer than 60 yards. Maybe one shooter didn't get a real good look at him. Spent 6 hrs in the tree this morning the buck are finally coming into the chase and seek stage.

By the wAy ryan that really cool about the fox. I know how hard they are to get.
