If it was legal and it felt right, then yes I would probably shoot the jake. He would have to put on a show though for me to feel right about it. If he just walks in and stand there like jakes sometimes do, I would pass. If he came in strutting and gobbling and all the other stuff that makes your heart pound then he would likely have the air let out of him.
