Official Team 16 Check In
#121
Congrats Western MA Hunter on your buck which I just saw on the official scoring page.
And also great job Peakrut on the doe harvest.
Together you've pushed Team 16 into second place.
Now if I could only find my picture of my doe, it would give us some cushion though it's going to be tough catching the first place team.
Hunting Kuk, looks like your reverse Karma is working. Spread the fever to all remaining team members By the way, great job being our Captain.

Here is the pic of the MONSTER SPIKE hehehe I shot in New Brunswick... 1 of 2 deer shot the entire week out of 7 guys in camp hunting dark to dark.
Not a trophy, but he did field dress 130lb which is a big spike from my area! Brace yourselves for the sheer size of this beast! Tasted wonderful though..

That is one huge spike coming in at 130 pounds. Our yearling does come in at 115 lbs and 2.5 year old does in the upper 120's. Very nice deer and I'm sure it will taste much finer than my son's 194 lb buck. Want to trade?

Well, the buck I hit in the rear in NY and did not recover was not killed by the neighbor... the landowner found him 100 yards from last blood eaten by coyotes... he figures the deer has been dead for over 2 weeks... he cut the head off for me...
This is definately the deer I shot.. i could not forget these brow tines at all.
