Got a little warm up this weekend for the deer season.. Went out west antelope hunting for the first time and dropped this one @ 352 yards. First kill with my new rifle, gave me some confidence for this year's deer season.

Good looking antelope. Great shooting. Never been antelope hunting would like to go someday. Arkansas ML ends todays went on Saturdays saw does,yearling and spike bucks; nothing that I wanted to shoot. My gun season hunt may be a bust,I am having "rotater cuff" surgery this Wensday AM. Hoping I've recovered enuogh to sit on stand Novermber 14 may not have rifle with me but I will be on stand with a camera. Good luck to all you guys

Bucktail Bob that first buck is a dandy!! When is your guys opener? One week from this coming Saturday for Wisconsin, startin' to get pumped! Filled my archery tag last Sunday, the 1st, on a nice 9 pt. so I can't wait for the opener!

About the captain and team name it doesn't really matter to me, we should probably figure them out soon though.

I am hoping to get a big one this season ..... and have seen a couple pretty decent so far. This Saturday I will be out there to say: "Good Morning"

I'll be able to say "Good Morning" a week from Fri. I have not bowhunted this year due to a hand injury. I should be able to hold on to my firearm....Knock on wood

Illinois opener is tomorrow....good luck to all

will first season is done and no deer, only seen 11 deer total. Place i hunt still had all standing corn. all the deer i seen was young deer , the oldest was problaly 1 1/2 year 8 pointer

No luck on opening weekend for me, saw quite a few big bucks, but we started on the tail end of the rut here and they got wise to us in a hurry. I have a couple weeks left to hunt and nothing big has been killed yet, so they are still out there, just have to find them.

I was out for the Il opener weekend, saw 2 good shooters just out of range. I'll be back out in the woods next weekend.

a killed a 5 pointer ...not alot of points for the team, buit venison in the freezer :)

nice job, congrats on the kill, more points than we already had :), antlers dont taste as good anyways so why would you want big ones? J/K, lol.
