Four days until opener in MN.

Things are looking slow! Two small bucks tonight. The weather looks to be warming up but the corn will still be in. I will have to get very lucky to get one this weekend. I will be hunting about every weekend this Nov. Good Luck to everyone.

I'm not going to make it to missouri this year and can't start hunting for a buck with a gun until Dec here in Iowa.
We can shoot does thanksgiving weekend.

Got my buck in PA with the bow so now im done until NY the 21st. Its killing me not being able to be in the woods so im going out with just the camera in the morning hoping to catch some action.

We were given a alternate to replace our first missing member so I sent him a pm to invite him to check in and have not heard back from him yet. I hope we don't have to ask for another one.

The bow hunting has really sucked around here, 70 degree weather has a way of kepping the big bucks off their feet.
I hope it cools down this week.

I was on stand from sun up to sun down both days!! Long time when you don't see much and the people next door are shooting like it a war. I did see 6 on Sat. Some small bucks and fawns. I almost pulled the trigger on what I thought was a 130 class deer but he turned and only had one side, so I had to let him go. The corn came out the day after I left, go figure! I will be out again next weekend.

my dad is leaving for wyoming on thursday and i was supposed to go with him but i had some bad grades so he wouldn't let me go. next year i'll be sure to have passing grades so i get to go

Only a little over a week till the lead starts flying for me.

wis thats unforunate that you cant go but you gotta keep the grades up! Hopefully the team starts shooting some bucks soon. good luck everyone!

Ok, sorry for being so late, I am here and will do my best. I have been hard on the geese and not spent a lot of time in the stand for bow. Season opened Sun. and I had a deer walk through about 15 min. before shooting time, never seen it, but heard it enter and leave the wood lot I was in. Lots of shooting and never even seen a squirl. I am planning on going again in the AM. so off to bed. good luck guys.
