Well, no deer this morning for me. Didnt even see one! I hate that lol

Hopefully this evening proves different...I am taking the Summit Climber and seeing what places I can squeeze into.

Doe Down!

Got her at 7:08 this morning. 10 yard shot and she ran about 60 and piled up. Not too bad for the second day of the season!

Seen 8 over the weekend hunts. A spike still in velvet, 3 does, 3 fawns, and a mysterious big bodied deer that i couldnt see its head to determine its gender haha

Deer aint moving like they have in previous years. The morning hunts are dead and the evenings aint kicking in until its too dark to shoot. I can try a mid-day hunt but its so darn hot! I dont know if deer numbers are down, or they have us hunters patterns figured out.

Nobody around here is seeing any movement at all.....kinda stinks.
