Jeff, Yes with my cock vane up my 4 o'clock vane is in contact with my cable. I have some fletched with cock vane at the 9 o'clock position but the the bottom vane really makes contact with my rest. Part of the reason I asked about how far up the rest should come was because I was thinking if it came up higher and raised my arrow higher there would be more room for this type of setup.
