We do have a few large deer up here , good chance at taking one well over two hundred pounds .
They don't seem to score big I would be glad to shoot one in the 120's !
I found this shed in feb. and hopfully have figured out where he lives. You never know how things may turn out!

I was able to pull a screen from a video of the deer I saw while scouting 3 weeks ago.

This is the biggest one I saw. He was running so as you can see the pic quality sucks. He is running directly away from me but you can see the heigth on this one.

small nine to his right there is a six as well, both bedded.

And another small 8, easy to tell if I bag him by his G1 sizes.

He looks like a good one, i would say he is a shooter

Yup he's the one I'm after. Unfortunitly OPening day I'll be at another spot that has produced some big bucks over the years. If I don't get one there, I'll be taking off the 16 & 17 to hunt this property.

The neat thing about this property is that I'm stading in an overgrown orchard and they bed where the deer ran into the woods. You can see the deer bedded in the second pic, but this one never stayed around he just got out of there in a hurry. He might be a challange to get.

I have a little more of him on video as he entered the woods and started to slow walk into the darkness. I'm hoping to get him opening week, in velvet would be a nice treat.

As for the missing members, I bet they are on vacation. They were both in the contest last year so I'm sure they really want to participate this year as well. Hope they sign in before it's to late.
