Ode to 2008

The teams are all set
The deed is all done
Now we wait
To see who’s won.
Team 13 won last year
& has one too many Quiks
But even so
They’re still all pricks.
They’ll try their best
To give us all smack
That’s only because
They’re all smoking crack.
While they’re all talking big
Here on the board
MOBOW is warming up
His trusty ole Ford.
He’ll stomp the gas
And drop a huge buck
Who needs a bow?
When you’ve got a big truck.
Then there’s AF
Who’s really quite senile
He’ll go into the woods
Wearing only a smile.
Out there like that
The deer’ll know he’s crazy
& then he’ll drop
The first one who gets lazy.
We’ve also got Dstubb
Who’s real good with art
His 200’ buck
Will be shot thru the heart.
Mr October
Will be the first to score
He’ll be done before the cold
That rotten old boar!
We have Rickmur
Out in the East
He’ll talk with his stick
And drop a huge beast!
Barredrock is our wildcat
Down on the great plain
He’s dropping a non typical
About the size of Maine.
We also have Finner
Up towards Canada way
Who’s gonna work all night
And hunt all day.
Let’s not forget Dave
Who wont be kowtowed
That buck he drops
Will make his sons proud.
We got two more members
Still haven’t dropped by
But the deer they drop
Will make y’all cry.
So you see there’s no use
In even showing up
Cause we’ll send you home
Like a poor lil whipped pup.
Then when we’re done
And we watch your reaction
Your humbleness found
Will be our satisfaction.
