Which team has the best chance at winning? ONLY team I took notice of was Rob's. That team looks good, to me. The returning champs, though.....I have said all along will be tough to beat. Who doesn’t have a snowball’s chance? Too early to tell..... Which team will talk the most smack? Buckeye's....lol (he IS good;)) Which team will strike first? I sure dont wanna jinx anyone (ESPECIALLY myself)......so I'll defer this one until later.;) How many inches will the winning team have? Less than last year. How many bucks will they down? Istill think it'll take 8 guys scoring. |

I think there are a TON of teams who will put down 4 bucks….after that it’s all up to luck and people we aren’t so familiar with to make up the rest. Teams 33 & 38 jump out to me as having a lot of people likely to shoot a buck. After that, its anyone’s guess.
As history shows, I’m going with the bold prediction of 8 bucks and 780-820” to win it. |

Which team has the best chance at winning?Lots of good teams, but I think all of the following teams have a VERY realistic chance of checking in at least 4 bucks and goingover the 400" mark. Thatwill put them in contention.3, 4, 11, 13, 15, 21, 24, 30, 31, 37, 38, 40, 41 Nobody seems to be talking about Kelly/KY's team -but I think they look very tough. GregH & Troy are teamed-up, butI think they're a victim of circumstance, withno supporting cast to carry the back-end. This contest is about depth, not power hitting. Team 14 can contend if the young guys produce.

When you've got a fistfull of championship rings, it should hardly come as news to anyone when you tell them that you're going to win again. Now I know what the Chicago Bulls used to feel like - as the preseason would begin to heat up, and every other team in the league had delusions of grandeur, thinking and believing that they can win.  Think again.  As a matter of fact, I wasjust checking myselfout in the bathroom mirror when I realized that I look a little bit like Scottie Pippen - just a little bit shorter and whiter. Maybe ashade less coordinated. Which team will strike first? Not Team 13. How many inches will the winning team have? 850 How many bucks will they down? 8 |

only thing i know from past contests is that you guys are right...usually gotta be around 800" to seal the deal...
that means when i let the air out of a 60"er 2 guys one team 15 gotta let the air out of atleast 120"ers to carry a 100" average :D wait, i think i just smack talked on myself...thats alright..i got faith in the rest of the team...i know most of them arent trigger happy younguns like myself...:) my 60"er last year was twice as big as the contest winners last year... |

It's really hard to tell. I feel there's a lot of teams on here with some great hunters. Obviosuly I'm watching GregH and Shed closely, because, well...that's just scary they're together on the same team.[:o]

When I was pulling names and teams were starting to come together I saw a lot of contenders even at only 5 per team.
In case anyone wonders I draw a name, this year twildasin was the first drawn, he was number one on number one team, then the second name was drawn and he was number one on the number 2 team and so on. Once I had one name draw for all 43 teams drawn (13 was already made). I drew the number spot for each team and so on til all teams had 10 members. As I watched the teams grow, I saw some great teams being made. Poor BTBowhunter was the very last name drawn, thus the last position on team 44. I have to admit though, when I saw certain names drawn (not mentioning any names greghkellykymichaelhunsuckertalondaleladyforgesile ntassissin) [8D] and so many more, I was like damn, not on my team. :D |

I'll wait to make any predictions till everyone checks in..I do think every team out there has a chance, some better then others..Some hunters are proven and some aren't, but want the chance to prove themselves..that said..GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE SAFE!!!!!!GOOD HUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!And always remember to take a kid hunting, because you may need someone to drag your deer out of the woods:D:D

The total inches for the winning team will be a whopping 900+. It's going to be a great year for most. I got my walker all greased up and ready to go. Leave before sunrise and be in the stand by sunset at the latest...:D |

How does a horse get up from a fall like that? Oh yea duh, it doesn't as Christine pointed out. I nominatethis "serving" as HNI's greatest owning. That was awesome. Christine you must be so proud as the first person I've ever seen to land a punch square between the eyes of that particular dark horse and have nothing come back.
