Guys, I just got back from up north. I've got a couple of nice bucks running around my spots. Less than 2 weeks! [:-]

Well guys...my weekend of hunting in ND was very unproductive.

The record high temps (95 on both sat and sun) really put a damper on day time deer activity.

I didn't see a single deer from my stand...only bumped intoa few in the dark walking back to the truck.

Hopefully I will have better luck in MN...I have seen a couple of verynice bucks in my hunting area there.

Get after em Greg!

How do you approach the opener?

Hunt near feeding areas in the evenings?

Good luck.

Do you also have a mulie tag in case you run into one?

That's exactly what I do. Especially if I haven't done my homework and found a bucks bedding area.
