I got my new limbs put on my General since they had a recall on them and but some new 2 blade rages over the weekend at Gander.

Season opens up this weekend in WI and I will be out everyday morning and night hopefully connecting with that nice 11 pointer I got on the apple tree!

sounds like a lot of seasons opening Sat. Including mine good uck to everyone and hope you hear something soon on the Job

I have been dealing with a sick doggy $1600 later and she is home and wife is happy so not a good last few days but Sh** happens, shot my bow tonight and sight busted, roller coaster week

But got to keep chin up and getting out Sat calling for rain as well

Hey guys,

Got the good news this morning, I will be going to work on Monday for a new company. It's a little less money but will save me tremendously on fuel. (20 mile drive versus 45 to the old office). They are really slammed so i will working Saturdays for a while so it sorta puts a damper on my hunting time. As of right now, I will only be hunting the PA opener on the 4th, then Iowa from Nov. 5th-16th so hopefully i can get it done. Good luck to all you guys going out this weekend - don't forget the safety belts!

Awesome, Jerry and just remember the sacrifices made now will pay off in the long run... slam a biggun on Iowa

Truck is packed and alarm is set for 3am - will hunt all day tomorrow and then all next week, hopefully get a crack at one of the velvet bucks I saw in the beanfield couple weeks ago

Anyone see anything? I went out squirrel hunting in a wind storm. Needless to say I didn't have much luck. Back home early.

Sat morning I was 11...one fork buck under my stand and the rest does and fawns.

Sat night I passed up on a nice 9 pointer about 35 yards away...not quite big enough.

And Sunday was a bad day...Didn't see anything in the stand.

It was nice to just be out in the woods though. I will be hunting all next weekend again!

Hey fellows haven't been on line been out in the woods. We were hog hunting this weekend. I did see a couple of does though. We killed a couple of hogs here's some photo's. Also my buddy that was down for the weekend had a 10 point walk in on him suday afternoon it isn't the big 10 point that we have been seeing and I'm glad he got him I'm not so sure I would of passed him up and I really want to help out our team and not settle for just any buck.







Now we got some pork for the freezer. Here's a couple of photo's of the buck.
