Had a productive morning hunt. Two year and a half bucks walked by before it was light enough to shoot, and i had an unknown deerrun past me around 745. After i got down from my stand i went and checked the deer camera and i jumped a doe and another unknown deer. 5 deer altogther. The deer camera didnt turn up much, just a few does and a year and a half old buck.

83deer on36 hunts,27 does,30 fawns,13 bucks and13 unknown.

Not quite sure where im going for the evening hunt yet...but the weather is good so im having high hopes!

I hit up the double for the evening hunt. Had a doe and a BB coming in but they winded me right before dark. Ill be goingback tomy ladder stand in the morning.

Well, the weekend didn't produce anything for me. Friday all day, saturday morning, and sunday evening. Saw a whopping total of 4 deer. Two in range, and two way out of range. The two in range were young bucks. I have yet to see any rut activity around here. The bright moon that we have had is not helping things much for me. We will see if I am able to get out again this week.

I did get to go and see the pup's this weekend. Here is one of the chocolate males. All 3 that I get to pick from are this size. The pup is only 2 weeks old in this picture.

Wow, super cute Brett. I have a black lab that i love to death (hes just a big oaf). I actully over slept this morning so i didnt get to go out, but i will be out tonight over the cut corn.

Went to the cornfeild stand for the evening hunt guys. Had a hell of a 1.5 year old 6 point feed out for a bit, and then i heard a buck doing some grunting in the thick stuff off to my right before dark. On the walk out i jumped 6 unknown deer from a cornpile, my bino's were froxen so i couldnt focus on them [:@].

Im just getting ready to leave for my stand now, and we got 4 inches of fresh snow tonight!!!

I was skunked for the first time in awhile this morning. I had high hopes too. Now i probably wont be out again till Sunday morning.
