We will have a new member to the team very shortly.
I felt that hunter 20084 , being the age of 11, would not have the ability to contribute sufficiently. I didn't mean any harm to this young man , but I did not want our team to be one short either.
I PM'd Rob and he agreed. He will assign us an alternate.
