I hate that when they think you are supposed to work all day. They just don't understand we have better things to do with our time.

They just don't understand how valuable we are! I mean, what if...while we're working so hard, we were to hurt ourselves?? Then what would they do??? !! Don't they know it's safer for us to sit at our desks?? :D

I am, however, getting a little shooting in today as well. At 60 yards, I'm flat smokin..

Good morning, you guys got some really nice looking family's, unfornatualy i dont have any pics on my pc to share, but will try and get some in the near future here. I dont have any kids or a wife/girlfriedat this time and im 31 i knowi knowmy biological clock is ticking. lol


Been a busy morning here...chain saw repairs comming in like crazytoday, went out to bait bear with my buddy after work yesterday, he's got oneBIG bear hitting the bait site,His poop the size of a pop bottle.This evening we will be shooting up a storm with the bows. Only 20 more days till i can be 20ft up in a tree:)

In Wisconsin we always judge the size of the bear by the paw prints left behind. I didn't realize in Michigan that you did it be the "poop" size.;) Sound like you have a big bear. When is the bear season for you up there. Sorry too you have to wait another 20 days. For me it is this Saturday morning. I know what tree I am heading to as well. Just hoping at this point to even get a doe so I have a buck tag all set for next year.

Mo I have to agree about the staying at the desk. I may not get in any more shooting until Friday when I get to the cabin. I really like to get some shots in when I get there. Just a good confidence builder to know everything is dead on before I head out. 60 is the top yardage I have been practicing at and not doing too bad either. I still don't shoot over 30 at deer.

Thats what we do here too also, but i just heard the poop thing the other day, and that if a bear leaves poo the size of coke can then its at least 500lbs. dont know if there is much truth to it.

46 hours from now I will be in my opening morning stand. Season opens for me at 6:10. Got a good feeling about it. Mornings have not been my best time to be out but I really think this year opening morning will be a nice doe to start things out.
