Glad to see us stroll into the lead w/ that kill, Great buck!

So my trip to CA was postponed till next week, but I'll still be out all day friday and sat.

Here's my plan for thursday, (I was originially gonna have so much time built up i could take off for an evening hunt, but not anymore)... I've got a farm we goose hunt exclusively, butit has a tiny strip of brush/woods on it, I killed a doe there last year... I've got a stand that will be great w/ a WSW wind they are calling for... I'm gonna try to leave work by 4pm and that puts me in the tree close to 430-445, its a long long shot and a little later than I'd like to be there, and I dont know what is on that farm this year, but its still hunting right and its on the edge of a field so I might justget lucky! I'll let you know!

Well I went out last night, took my 4yr old son on his first hunt. He did realgood sitting still and keeping everything to a whispertill about primetime then he was getting a little restless. I seen one not sure what it was Max stood up and started talking, I seen a whitetail waving good bye.It was fun Iwasn't expecting much some pics below

Thanks Pops.......he is very nice and I can not wait till I get him on the wall. I had one guy tell me when I posted the truck pictures there is no way he made it into the 140's. Trust me he is in there..........

Honestly that picture you posted in the scorecard doesnt quite do that deer justice, you really can see his size in the pictures that are further back like the ones you posted on this thread, dont let them give you any grief, that deer is a hoss!
