Thanks! I droppeda buck Christmas Eve at 336 yards with my 30-06! I was wishin I coulda got within bow range, but that thing was weary! I missed him once at 365 yards and the thing ran dow the hill and I nailed him the second shot!

Hope everybody had a good Christmas. 3 daysleft in my season , all in all Ihad a great season still going to go outatleast2 more times. I shot a button buck on accident the day after christmas.

It is actually a Remington 30-06. All the companies make them look the same so its hard to tell!

Heres my deer from Nov. 17th, got him back already. I still have not scored him, wish I would have shot him first instead of the one I entered...oh well, I guess my year has been a success, 2 decent bucks and 2 Doe's. I think I am done for the year unless we get some snow, would love to hunt in the snow a time or two.
Just wanted to thank ALL of you guys for being such great team players and hunters, I am thrilled to have finished no less than 3rd place in this years contest.It was great talking back and forth to you guys, we really got along well, proof is our 118+ pages.
Hopefully Seth (WesternMD) can make the trip to Illinois to hunt with me sometime.
Wish all of you future success and try not to be strangers.
