Hey rankbull , you never know right?You may not have that big of deer there , but there are here where I am but dont expect one form me either.Although I will try my dangdest and I have a couple scoped out ,but I did last year too and didnt end up with either of them.Just trying to improve year after year.

We would all love to shoot a 200 class animal every year. Unfortunately the deer just don't cooperate with us. There is nothing wrong with a 145. If you want to shoot a 100" and that is what you are happy with then no one should tell you different. If our whole team can get a 100 class animal we have a great shot of winning this. It will be hard for everyone to bag one though and I think everyone agrees. Otherwise it would be killing and not hunting.

I am yet to kill a book buck yet, so I would have shot him too. Over the last three years, I averaged 1-3 big buck sightings a year from stand. I just haven’t been able to seal the deal. Last year I had about a 125” 8pt at 30 yards, I had a small hole to shoot through and hit a branch. That was in New Berlin.

That’s a nice buck in picture 1. He looks identical to a deer we has on film two years ago. Are you looking to take him, or let it walk?
