Thats right i have been shooting my broadheads like never before today..............i just cnt wait till 5 tommorrow morning!

Ok guys.................so i get in my blind at 5:00 sharp...............at 6:00 a 6 or 8 comes in at 10 yards.........i wasnt sure of its size and i knew there were much bigger ones so i did not shoot. I woulda shot if i could get mul;tiple deer but in oregon you can only take 1 deer........it stinks. A little time goes by and i can herre the does feeding and some other bucks come in. The were over a knoll so i decided it would be worth it to sneak over and see. Almost immedaitely a beautiful 10 trots by at 30 yards. I make a grunt and stop him.............right behind a damn tree. I drew back but just couldnt get my pin on his vitals. I decided not to trya fancy shot and possibly would him because i know that i know ill have more oppurtunities at him. I saw one more shooter buck......... a nice 10 i just couldnt get him close enough. Bunch of little guys but i am gonna get one of the big uns for the team!

Ill see what i can do............. i have the whole next week off so i should be able to arrow one!

wow, that sounds like a pretty good first day to me. Good luck getting one of them big 10s. Im sure if you already had a chance at one there is plenty more opportunities to come at one of em.

I am jealous! I definately would love to have been out hunting already! I shot about 100 arrows today sighting in my new single pin sight. I love the thing! I can't believe that I have put off getting one for so long.
On another note, duck hunting is coming up soon... That is looking very promising this year!!!

Well guys, after church today im going hunting again and then i am going to be in my blind every morning of next week!
