ORIGINAL: nctaxi Blood - who are you talking to? I put it in stealth mode, the bees never knew I was there, the hail on the other hand beat the crap out of me. Fortunately, they only got to be about small marble size. Man I can't even explain how good a time I had! It made me truly appreciate my wife. She knew how much it meant to me and worked it out so that I could go. Now to start looking serious about my deer hunting. |

I am going tonight to get the cameras developed. I went to the bow shop tonight and showed the video. I shot my bear and he ran up a tree and fell within a foot of where I shot him. I like short track jobs:DAs soon as I get pictures, they'll be on here.

If it's not too hot, practice. It's been a sauna here, 53 days of over 90. I am so sick of summer. I want it colder, coming back from Canada earlier this week was murder.

Man taxi sounded awesome about the hunt and all but ive always wanted to see the northern lights its what i have my desktop set too. did you get any pics of that??? I want to go see them one day i thnk im gonna make it a life goal.. are they all the time or seasonal or what? Oh yeh congrats on the bear too.;)

I have seen them a few times. This time with the full moon it wasn't near as good, just enough to tell it was happening. It was cool setting goose decoys out and seeing them. When I lived in northern MI I watched them for about 5 hours until the sun came up and ruined it. The whole sky was a green wave.

WOW! pardon my absense, I have not been able to log on at all until now. Even after they did some maint. on the HNI site, it still would not let me log on, eventhough everyone else has been posting. Went out today just looking around and found two dead does (blue tonge virus) is my area right now. [:o]I will be hanging a stand tommorow if weather permits, it raind most of the day today, them some shooting when i get home. not long now boys!!

i got my spot picked out on opening day. it is going to be where there are a good many does because i think i got 2 doe tags this year. Then i will get to the hot spot for my buck.
