Hey fellas, I guess I am replacing little magnum...

This was the second year in a row that I was late for signups, luckily I made it onto a team this year...

Bow season runs September 8 to December 8 this year, so that gives me plenty of time to stick one!

I've got 9 pages of reading to do to catch up on the team, so that will keep me busy

Welcome to the team. Hows the herd up in Maine? Do you hunt the big woods?

Awesome, we have a full team. Never been to maine yet. It's on my list. I hope to justify a business trip soon.

The herd is strong here in Maine, the season starts early in certain places to try and do more damage on them in the more developed areas.

I havent hunted the big woods much in the past, but I plan on trying the tracking thing a little bit in the future. I started bowhunting about 6-8 years ago and have done VERY LITTLE rifle hunting since

Last season I managed 4 deer with my bow: 2 decent bucks, and 2 does

I got a deer in the first fifteen minutes of the season and in the last fifteen minutes of the season...kind of cool

Here are a couple of pictures...

heaviest buck at 150 lbs and 6 points (on the right, the other is my fathers 115 lb doe)

This buck weighed 145 and had 9 scoreable points

The next one is a weird picture of me mocking my buddies deer pictures...

Fine looking bucks. Just add one on the board for us and we will be well on our way.

Good luck!

Interesting team name you guys came up with. It resembles a news article that was just released today about one of your fellow teammates dwd2001 OU fans. Enjoy the read and please don't cringe too much: http://www.thelostogle.com/2007/08/23/ouch/
