I agree, we're spread through some great buck areas! I might have little time to hunt but I have prime time and I'm off for those 2 weeks, fear not , all day in the stand every day for 2 weeks in prime time, I'm 3 for 3 in the contest with 2 of the buck falling within those 2 weeks, actually that last week, I'm confident in adding some inches to the cause. I'm just looking for a little back up...LOL

Every inch counts and 10 100" bucks will take this, hell 10 90" bucks will .lol

This is my first year in this contest. Any specific rules I should be aware of. Is it true that you have to count your first buck, or can I wait until the end of the season to enter one?

Just checking in. I am from Wisconsin and hopefully will be spending a lot of time in the woods this fall. The area I hunt in requires me to shoot a doe first so hopefully Mr. Big doesn't walk through first, but if he does maybe he will smile for me when I take a picture of him! Thought I would add a pic to help get our blood pumping. This is probably the smallest of the bucks on the property that I will be after this year. We have glassed bigger ones but they don't seem to like having their pictures taken. Enjoy and good luck to you all!

Yes it is true that you have to count your first buck taken. That way it keeps it fair for the guys in "one buck" states. Remember that this is for fun and it would be great to win but it is the memories of the hunt that are important! Also stay safe and remember to wear your safety harness!

Yes first buck, the second rule that is most important is when you take your bucks pictures, the BOW MUST BE IN THE PICTURE!.....other than that, you can brush up on the rules in the thread pinned to the top...

MOST important, HAVE FUN!. It's going to be a great season.

wibowhntr, welcome aboard and great buck. I look forward to hearing the progress and more importantly, see your smiling face behind that buck with your bow laying across it's chest!.
