Well what do I say, the picture speaks a thousand words. Here is the story, Rob and I decide to go to another little honey hole instead of going to the food plot, one because of the nice cool temps we got into what we call the hallow which has been very good to us in the past, well good for Rob. My past experience in this spot I have missed two other bucks over the last four years. Well Rob decides ( knowing the area better than I ) on two trees, well the one he tells me to get into was dead and swayed like crazy. ( I think it was on purpose) Well this 80 inch or so 8 point comes in like he was being pulled on a string with zero calling and I, I, I missed fellas and at ( I hate to even say this 20 yards )Well needless to say Rob captured it on video and we could'nt stop laughing.I am so shocked, every time one of us would look over at that spot we would giggle like little kids. Sorry guys Q2 choked but there is alot of time left and I will redeem myself.

I don't care who ya are....that right there is funny!

I hope Rob isn't a jinx....he'll be in NC in 2 weeks. Hopefully I'll be bucked out by then.....and I can do some work behind the camera, myself, while he's here.

Scouting report, Rob: I likely bumped 10-15 deer getting TO my stand this morning. I'm gonna go somewhere else in the morning......then into my honey hole around mid-morning. We'll see how that works.....because that's likely what we'll do the Saturday you're here. The Friday ........I've got a surprise.

Shake it off Q2 don't let get to ya you got plenty of time , Mr. MEGA BUCK will come by soon enough and you will be redeemed.
As for Rob ,tell him I said hi , it sure is nice of him to let you hunt together .

Woodline I saw the pics of you deer it is without question a beautiful whitetail but I'm aliitle concerned, I really hope you have a pic with you and your bow, either way it's a monster and a huge congrats.

This area we hunted this morning has been a real jinx for me I have to get over this hump I just cant believe I missed.We had alot of fun this am and plan on some more excitement to come so stay tuned for our good time because that it is truly why we are out there for..

Thanks Q2, and yes I do have a picture with the bow and it is outside, instead of the back of my brother in laws truck. I just wanted you guys to be able to see it before I posted it this weekend. I have to get the software and everything loaded first though. I even took some extra bow and deer shots with a buddies camera in case the software wouldn't load correctly. Rob, if you could post it on the team thread I would appreciate it. I will then post the pic with my bow and everything else this weekend on the score card thread. Thank you and good luck.
