My lil bro connected on this nice buck tonight while hunting a small 40acre farm that I have permission to hunt....This is the 8th buck he's seen out of this same setup in two days....

His bow was in the truck during these pics also....Good thing he's not in the contest:D

hey guys, just got back from IL saw two awesome deer, but they never got w/in bow range... im working hard to get some points for us..

Im also workin on the situtain w. Alwys entry, hopefully we'll get this resolved quickly..

Alwyshntn, you got the arrow you used on the deer?? anyway you could post a pic of it w/ blood on it and your bow??

Yeah I think I've still got the arrow and my bow is layin on the floor next to me...If ya need me to get a pic together w/ both let me know...I never thought about it but I have the bucks cape w/ head attached at my folks place in the deep freeze....Next time I get over there I could get a pic w/ me,bow,and deer head in it....

always, i think that would be great if you can get the pic w/ the cape, it would solve this problem asap... think you can get that done pretty soon??

I will be able to get it by the end of the week...I'm kinda loafin today gettin things done around the house and maybe deer hunt this evening because my wife is going in to have her gall bladder removed tommorrow morning....I'll get out there and get the pic first chance I get....

i just cant believe people are being such babies about not having the bow in the picture..... i mean sure its a gargantuwan hole in the deer , but seriously who is that worried about scoring in a friendly contest like this to go out and shoot a deer with a gun and try to pass it off as a bow kill..... i just think its kinda rediculous to not enter ALWYSHNTNs buck....

On another note im done w class for the day , gonna finish this hoagie , and head out for an evening hunt..... i know it was "rockin" this saturday , so hopefully it will still be hott tonight!

I'm thinking about going out but all my stands are morning stands. I'm not sure what to think about this whole picture deal. If you took a picture with the cape someone will just say oh yea he's just taking a picture with the bow to make it legal so It might not fly, and also with the arrow someone's going to say that it's a friends arrow picture yada yada yada, If anyone has any balls on this forum they'll let this one slide

I don't think the pictures are nessasary.I don't think anyone doubts that he killed the buck fairly.It is the question on will they allow the photo violation.I think the captains will allow his buck.The other photo is the one I have my doubts abouts.It is not even close to following any of the rules,but I still voted to allow it.This is for fun, alwyshntn made a mistake.We all can make mistakes.This happens every year.
