I am on a team. They are a bit quiet but I think they are just taking care of business.I really just swung by to check on the squirrel. The kid plans on wrestling his grandmother to see who gets to sit the hot stand with the monster buck. I am hoping Grandma wins cause I don't think she is on a team..>>>>>Whack!!

Saw the doublemain beam Buck tonight...He is out of velvet and was about 200 yards from my stand.....First time seeing him without the aid of my cuddeback.....A lot of deer movement this week at least around here.....Got pretty cold had a frost last night as well think that helped
Oct. 1st cant get here fast enough....

Great bucks everyone. I can rest easier now that I see what you guys are working with.

HuntingEd, what county do you own property in? I'm from Rockbridge and will be hunting that and Botetourt, Roanoke, Franklin, and Pulaski counties.

Still haven't gotten a new computer yet. Just been getting on at work. Geeze, I need one badly since season is almost here.

Good luck all.

Heres a pic of my dad and me with my buck from last year.

Squirrel , yea i guess i am a prep , but it pays off when it comes to the ladies .... but i can also shed the A&F and put on some scentlok and still score just as much.... as for the ear piercing , its not bad , i have both of my ears done actually , dunno y it was a HS thing and i just never took them out. But just gotta make sure to either put camo tape over em or wear a head net , until u can take them out , cuz on a sunny day the old bucks will pick up on the flash if the light hits them the right way.... i had that happen a couple times with turkey atleast...

Next weekend in PA should be good , its been nice and cool here , the acorns finally turned and are dropping bigtime
