Having grown up in Spokane and being used to having access to great expances of public land I just can't immagine paying a fee to lease hunting land, it's just not American too me. I lived in Dallas Tx in the early 80's and that is one of the things I didn't like there, that and the fleas, roaches, chiggers, fire ants, brown water and pissy attatude of the Texans.
