Score Your Buck Correct The First TIme.
From now on What You Post As Your Bucks Score Will Stay.
There has been to much changing of scores all ready.
And some team members are getting Angery and Upset.
Changing scores will bog things down and cause trouble.
So to avoid any confusion and trouble.
Make Sure Your Score Is Correct.
Just make sure the score is correct,
Before you make a post.
I have this in the Rules post.
Link to Boone & Crockett scoring system and instructions:

If you are not sure of your score put,
The antler measurements in your post with the buck picture.
Without the score.
And some one will help you with the correct score.
Im not good with scores either LoL
Because from now on the score you post will be the,
Score you are stuck with.
This dession is final.
Thank You and Good Luck

I understand from your stand point as adminstrating and keeping tabs on team scores wherethis can cause grief. However I really don't get why othermembers are getting upset or angry over the first few entries and such a minor issue. Not everybody is versed in the B&C scoring system and equally not all hunters have scored many bucks. It alsois common for minor glitches in any contest, especially the first few entries. I thought this was for fun/friendly competitionbut obviously some think their is a pot of gold at the end of the deer contest??? AllI have to say is lighten up, have some funand I hope you don't make a mistake on your scorecard!

But some people take Great Pride in there Buck Score.
And to them the score of there buck is worth more than Gold.
After all it takes a gold mine to buy the stuff to hunt with LoL
Good Luck To All

RE: Score Your Buck Correct The First TIme.
I Have question on the BC scoring sheet. I shot a 8 pointer with extra 2 2/8 inch abnormal point growing off from the left brow tine (G1). My buck has 17 inch inside spread, Right antlers equal 59 , left equal 60 4/8 not counting the abnormal point. for a total of 136 4/8.....now my question is...is my gross score 136 4/8 or is it 136 4/8 plus my Abnormal point of 2 2/8 for a gross of score of 138 6/8 ? or is it the 136 4/8 plus my total difference of of the left and right(5 6/8inch) for gross of 142 2/8 ?. The BC score sheet shows the ab point ( 2 2/8) in the difference column.
The total of ab point plus the difference of the left/right comes to a total of 5 6/8 ( 2 2/8 ab point + 3 4/8 differnce in g1/g2/g3 = 5 6/8).
This gives my buck a net score of 130 6/8 ( 136 4/8 -5 6/8 = 130 6/8)......what is my gross score ?

This isn't an Official B&C contest so.
What ever the total Gross score is will be your score.
There are no deductions for this contest.
So the total score counts drops and all.
Just make sure of what the total score is before posting.
I am not good at scoring so check with some one that is.
Remember you get two bucks in this contest.
So the higher score of the two bucks count toward,
Your teams total.
Only 1 score per team member X 10 = 1 total score per team.
