Sooo, I have 2 more weekends to prepare for gun season, Hmmmmm!!
Still gotta lotta work to do since Katrina tore through, but I think I'm gonna have it all ready!!

I have another week here, this weekend i'm taking my son out for youth weekend, then next weekend -waaahooo it starts!!!!

Nothing in our first gun season here. The regular gun here will start Nov. 19th and go until Jan. sometime. I do mostly hunt with bow but I do get the gun out as well. Just depends on the day and where I am going on the property. Good luck to everyone. It is just about here.

Sorry but I will have to take myself off of the team. I just killed one with my bow and I am only allowed to kill one. I hope that you guys and gals have a great season. I hope you get a good alternate. I don't know who I should tell so that they can find you an alternate so if you know let me know or let them know. Sorry once again but I don't think it is fair to the team.

NEB.Buckhunter checking in. Hopefully I will be able to help everyone out with a great Midwestern buck. I have been seeing a lot of decent bucks and a nice one yesterday morning. Too bad that season doesn't start until Saturday. My daughter, who is 3, was telling me "Get him Daddy!!!" What a great supporter huh? She's all excited for her daddy to get a big one.
