I am in Pennsylvania. Our rifle season doesn't start until the first Monday after Thanksgiving. I have been out doing some archery and could have taken a decent buck but it was still dark out.

sorry it took so long to check in. I've been moving across the country from MT (where I lived for about 2.5 years to my my native WV (Jefferson Co.--near Charles Town) originally from Hardy Co (Moorefield). Gun season doesn't start here until thanksgiving week but possibly I might get to go back to MT in early Nov (which would probably mean a bigger deer--hopefully, although there are a few nice ones around here as well) Nothing to hunt here but squirrels right now ( I did get my limit on Saturday and had a lot of fun) Bow season starts this Saturday but I have to go to MY wedding instead (say what?, yep, life is changing) I'll be alittle busy in the next few weeks but will keep up with what's going on here and am fairly certain of success gun hunting whitetails. I just hope for quality measurements. nice to meet you guys. good luck to everyone
