LMAO my record is about 9 or 10 shots. I thought the deer was god in deer form it wound not die. Finally had to walk within about 5 yards of it and shoot it in the head. My first shot took out the back legs on it.

Since this is my first entry I have a couple of questions.
1. I am eligable for three bucks between the two properties I hunt in Texas because they are in different zones. As far as "lucky states" go, do I still only get to enter the first or second deer or am I really lucky and possibly get to enter the 3rd buck if he is the "big one"!!?
2. Is the scoring to be done by a registered entity or is the scoring to be done on the "honor system" by the hunter according to B&C guidelines?
3. Besides the obvious answer of "at the end of the hunting season", when does this contest end.
Thanks for your time, Scott.

Hey Spike Hunter....I believe that you can only enter your first or second antlered deer, meaning that your third would not count.....sorry
Also, scoring, as I understand it, is just on the honor system. Off of the B&C website, all you have to do is fill in the measurements and it will give you the total score....its pretty easy. I hope no one uses a stretchable tape measure....scoring in that spike at 120"
Finally, I believe that the contest will probably be over around the new year, because of different states hunting regulations, so im guessing everything should be official within a month or so of that. Again, this is just how I think things will go.....

Also.....LETS GO TEAM #3!!!!

You only count the first two antlered deer you get.
Only one of your scores count toward your team.
Wich ever score is better.

Its with the honor system.

3. Besides the obvious answer of "at the end of the hunting season", when does this contest end.
Thanks for your time, Scott.
When every ones hunting season for deer gun season ends.
Around Jan 31- 2006
That should be when every ones season ends.

I hope this anwsers your questions.
