Thanks guys. I was all about getting the right picture after I realized I had put us on the board. I don't know if you can see the tag though I would be more than happy to scan my hunting license now that it doesn't have the tag on.

All we need is one more nice buck to push into first place.

Well it was a rather uneventful weekend for me. 80+ degree heat seems to be supressing deer movement around here. There's a cold front moving in later this week and I'll be heading down to Southern IL to hunt this weekend. Maybe I'll have better luck down there!

Once again - congrats to Frank for starting our team off this year! Now the rest of us slackers need to get in there and help out!!!

I'll be leaving tomorrow for a week bowhunting on my property in Northern Michigan! I'm pretty fired up! Its gonna be a tough one as my father passed away in june and this is the first year he will not be there. He will be there in spirit so hopefully he'll help me out! I sure do miss him! Well good luck to you guys this coming week, hunt hard and hunt often!

Good luck to you both when you get out there again. I probably won't be able to head out until Friday and then I will be in search of a big fat doe to further fill the freezer.

Well things aren't going well here. First off I went out the other night with my cousin we are hunting an alfalfa field that lies right next to some good woods. We are set up about 40 and 100 yards off of the corner of this field. We have been hunting it since opening day. we are set up around 5:00 the deer usually move about 7:00 around 6:20 some dumb @ss and his kid come driving up to the field park in the opposite corner of it and walk in and sit directly in front of us in a couple of old stands. The piss on the field they don't have camo on and they don't spray any sort of scent eliminator plus the wind was blowing directly to where the deer would have come from.So we got to hear all the snorting of deer all night because of these jokers. I was mad. I wanted to go over and ring the dad's neck. And now there is a big snow storm moving through so I can't get out until after that. It's been a rough couple of days for me.
