Default RE: Vertical or Horizantal pins

Can't give you an opinion about the Flashpoint because I have no experience with them. However, I've used a Trophy Ridge for 4 years now for hunting, 3D, 5 spots, and 900/1200 rounds (the latter out to about 72 yards).

I've found that the .019 pins are quite acceptable as far as not obscuring the center target dot. For target shooting, I now have a separate rig with a Sureloc sight and lens, and my target scores have gone up only marginally. I really like the vertical pin arrangement, much more than thesuccession of horizontal pin sights I went through before.

All in all, I think the TR could serve you well.
