I owned two mossbergs. I didn't like either. I did like the placment of the safety. My buddy owned a moss turkey gun, not sure which model, but I think it was an auto. He sold it about a month after he owned it.

I asked what he wanted for it and he said "Don't worry about it, I wouldn't sell it to a friend".

I'm sure that they make good guns, but the ones I had just weren't right for me. I'd recomend shooting a bunch and picking out what you like best. If it is one that costs more, save and wait. If after shooting the others you decide you like it best, buy it and be happy it didn't cost as much as some of the others.
