Anyone on this forum from Quebec that can tell me the laws for non-residents. I am from New Brunswick and from the government website it seems as though i can buy an over the counter tag for Moose and then hunt on my own or a buddy tag. Am i reading the regs right or is there something im missing. Any answers would be greatly appreciated . Thanks
