We are just the middle man on these leases, we certainly do not set the prices. Trust me, I understand that the price is high on this lease, butpeople are paying $50-$100 per acre for property in this area so that is what landowners expect to get. I would have never thought I would see people pay $4,000-$5,000 for a 5 day deer hunt, but they do it every year up here.
