I think you will find it pretty much the same as most any part of the northeast. Rain in early spring can cause a bad year if birds had started laying. Also predators will keep the numbers down. I flew my Irish Setters out of Wi. and they had some good years as well as bad years it depends on the 2 factors mentioned the most.
